Our Truffle Hunting Tour in La Morra commences with a delightful stroll through the picturesque woodlands and lush Nebbiolo vineyards, accompanied by a seasoned Trifolao and his expert truffle dog. For truffle enthusiasts, this activity is a cherished favorite in the Barolo and La Morra regions. Throughout these lands, depending on the season, we are blessed with the presence of the esteemed black truffles, Tuber Melanosporum and Tuber Albidum, as well as the revered white truffle, Tuber Magnatum Pico.
Meeting point will be in a parking spot near to the forest where you’ll meet the trifolao
To go to Truffle Hunting in La Morra you’ll need a car, if you don’t have your own car you can require our private taxi service.
Our driver will pick you up at the airport or at your hotel and drives you at the meeting point.
Each day offers a variety of departure times for the Truffle Hunting Experience. Feel free to inquire and find out the available schedules to plan your memorable truffle-hunting adventure.
Usually in the winter departure time can be 9am, 10m or 11 am in the morning or 14pm, 15pm or 17pm in the afternoon
In the summer, since it’s really hot departure time will be early in the morning at 7am or 8 am and late in the afternoon at 17pm or 18pm.
